The Ivory Wall
After all these years you haven’t changed but then again my memories haven’t faded and your reign over me had stayed strong. The back of a dirty park, among the graffiti covered walls and over grown trees, there you are unchanged, bar the cob webs in between the cracks in you. Little did I know what significance you would have upon my life the first time I saw you and little does the passer by know the dirty little secrets you hold, the unruly moments of terror you held witness to. When i saw you again all I could do was stare, with my heart in my mouth, my hands trembling and my eyes welling up with tears. However with one simple kiss I knew, i was finally free after all these years. Goodbye to the Ivory Wall.
